Barry Ward joined the Texas Regional Office of Penn Mutual as our Regional Marketing Specialist in December 2008.  In his role, Barry looks to recruit new producers and provide ongoing support to existing producers working primarily with financial advisors, CPAs and insurance professionals.  He is committed to assisting with the design, illustration, point-of-sale and back-office support for our product strategies which are designed for high net worth individuals and business owners.

Barry has an extensive background in business, having spent 17 years as a corporate executive and partner in the fine jewelry industry.  That experience taught him the importance of planning for retirement, business succession and wealth transfer.

Prior to joining Penn Mutual, Barry was a top insurance producer in his region, earning recognition on both an individual level and as an FTR with a top producing team.

Barry lives in Coppell, Texas with his wife, Karen, and two sons, Brett and Scott.
