Bryce Johnson is Penn Mutual's Regional Marketing Specialist for North and West Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Bryce brings extensive experience in the independent financial advisor market.  Over his career he has been a productive and successful wholesaler, representing leading organizations and a number of different products.  He's been a manager of wholesalers, providing training, coaching and leadership for a number of independent wholesaling teams.  He's also been a National sales manager and National accounts manager working closely with dozens of National sales organizations in the financial services industry. 

Bryce recognized the importance of relationships and his unique ability to utilize emotional intelligence with his advisors and others that he's coached over the years.  Understanding the characteristics of self awareness, empathy, motivation and other social skills has provided a unique ability to differentiate himself in the competitive financial services industry.  Bryce will continue to teach, train and motivate his advisor relationships to utilize these abilities as they develop meaningful relationships with those that they work with.

Bryce is a long time resident of the DFW area where he enjoys a number of outdoor activities, golf, travel and being with his family.  Bryce and his wife Tracy live in Lantana Texas and are proud parents of their son Blake.
