Phone: (512) 656-2961 Roger Hamm, CLU, is Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company's Regional Marketing Director for the Texas Region, and provides executive benefits counseling to financial advisors, CPAs and insurance professionals in Central Texas. With over 30 years of insurance-industry experience, he brings a background of executive management, sales supervision, and advanced sales and case design to the Texas Regional team. Before joining Penn Mutual, Roger was the General Manager of U.S. business for Pan American Life in New Orleans. He graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Industrial Administration before serving in the United States Navy. Roger lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Elaine, and their daughter.
