Victoria Simmons is one of the Texas Regional Office's New Business Associates. She joined Penn Mutual in 2011, after moving to Dallas from St. Louis. Victoria provides producers and pending cases with special attention and support. She is responsible for tracking and communicating pending case status efficiently through all phases of the underwriting process. Victoria lives in the Dallas, Texas area.
