He is responsible for advanced case design that includes business planning and premium financing. Wayne has over seven years of experience in life insurance case design. He joined Penn Mutual from Transamerica general agency as an internal wholesaler and Regional Vice President. Wayne attended the University of Texas at Arlington, and holds a General Lines license in the state of Texas. He lives in Euless, Texas, with his wife, Monica, and their three children.
